The Best Talent Management Strategy award highlights the organization with the most innovative and effective overall talent management strategy. It recognizes excellence and innovation in recruitment and talent identification, on-boarding and integration, training and development and rewards and recognition.

“We are honored to have been recognized at the inaugural HR Awards gala for our efforts in talent management. We’ve recruited some of the most renowned experts in the industry and have armed our employees with some of the most sought after skills in the market by following through with our strategy.” said Andy Papadopoulos, President. “We are thrilled to now be recognized for that strategy.”

The award for Best Talent Management Strategy was a result of Navantis’ people-centric approach to talent management and their ability to closely align their efforts with business needs. The IT industry in which the company operates is a fast-pace and ever changing one, therefore talent management and development has been key to meeting changing customer demands and critical to the company’s success. Navantis offers accessible and engaging training and development programs to help employees grow their skill set while meeting business needs. Navantis has created an internal training facility called the Navantis Academy, implemented a new training and development program, created a new Performance Development Manager role and a Project Resourcing role within the organization.

“We’re a people driven company. How we recruit, how we sustain, train and retain is at the heart of our business. We invest in our employees so they will invest in us.” Said Papadopoulos.
